HOW DO I....
OBTAIN A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION?
If you are on a regular medication your doctor will be able to issue you with a repeat prescription (28 days' duration).
Please make your request in person or by post (enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope and allow 48 hours). Requests can also be made by fax on 01565 632630 or by the internet (please contact reception to
register for this). Please do not make requests by telephone because this blocks our lines and can lead to errors. Several of the local chemists will collect prescriptions from the surgery. Please arrange this
directly with them.
